RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We always want you to be happy with your purchase, why else would we be here!
But for those occasional times when you're not happy with your purchase we offer a 30 day return & refund or exchange policy.
Unfortunately due to limited stock numbers we cannot guarantee exchange, in which case we'd offer full refund.
Please note, items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for exchange/refund.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com, quoting your order reference number. We will provide you with a return address.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning your item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item to you, if available.
Once your returned item has been received and processed, we will process your new order, or refund, within 5 business days. We will provide tracking details where relevant.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service when returning item, or we cannot guarantee we will receive them.
